Central Plant Project

This LEED Silver accreditated project included the installation of a new central cooling plant, with an underground chilled water piping loop, upgrades to existing site gas, main electrical service, domestic water piping, sewer, and fire water systems.
The project also included conversion of the HVAC system for eight existing buildings on the 100 year old campus so they may be integrated with the new central cooling plant. The overall project was $48M (Opened Fall 2017)
