Johnson Student Center

This project included the demolition of the existing building and new construction of a 60,000 SF Two-story structural steel framed building. The structure is located in the center of an occupied 100 year old campus and houses the Student Store, Internet Café, Grab and Go, Health Center, M&O Receiving, Student Financial Services, Conference Rooms, Warehouse space and numerous other support spaces. Project challenges included: soil conditions and 100 year old occupied campus at the center of the campus. The overall project was $47M (Opened Fall 2021)
