Valadez Middle School

The new $31.5M 78,600 SF middle school project included a new administration building, three classroom buildings, a multipurpose building and locker rooms.
These LEED/CHPS based concepts included use of an existing brown field site compounded with numerous other green building characteristics (drought resistant plants, low heat islands, low flow plumbing and high efficiency HVAC systems).
